Home broadband internet access is paid for Want to keep up with the latest and greatest things happening in the world of technology or maybe sometimes you may need to work from home ? That means you need to have internet access, so we provide that for you.

Everyone gets a variable pay component to your salary of at least 5% (subject to profit) This is paid in regular instalments. It's nice to share in our profits.

Internal conferences (or as we call them Team Hugs) This is run over a weekend, and rotated between NSW and Victoria and is usually by the beach or in the mountains. All Australian employees come. Partners and families are invited. Saturday is run exactly like a software conference. Sunday is set aside purely for fun.

We provide annual training budget Time is provided too. Go to conferences, training courses etc.

Annual $500 Book Allowance

Referral bonuses for all your great friends and ex-colleagues are paid. Join us and refer someone else. If we hire them, we'll pay you a lovely sum of money

Additional leave for long term employees Employees are rewarded for their loyalty to ThoughtWorks by increased annual leave days. You start out with 20 days and over time this increases up to 25 days per annum. You can also purchase (as part of salary sacrifice) additional annual leave.
