Trevor Mather, President and CEO


Trevor Mather is President and CEO of ThoughtWorks. Trevor has led the successful development of ThoughtWorks' global delivery model, and is driven to deliver maximum value to ThoughtWorks' growing assembly of customers. Trevor has extensive experience helping clients achieve unique competitive advantage by leveraging innovative technological solutions to solve tough business problems. Prior to assuming ThoughtWorks' President and CEO roles, Trevor was Managing Director of ThoughtWorks UK, a role in which he grew a new business unit into an established market leader in 5 years.

Trevor's professional IT consulting experience includes a nine-year career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). At Andersen, he developed extensive expertise in selling and delivering e-business and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, particularly to financial services customers. He led a number of groundbreaking e-business projects across Europe and around the globe and was integral to the award-winning solutions developed for the Nationwide Building Society and National Australia Bank.

Following his tenure at Andersen, Trevor served as managing director of efinanceworks, a financial services firm focused on identifying, investing in and growing e-finance firms. While there, he was responsible for the e-CRM and e-insurance markets.

With more than 16 years of professional IT consulting experience in the European marketplace, Trevor enhances ThoughtWorks' ability to successfully deliver bespoke applications and systems integration solutions to European-based companies as well as global companies with European operations.
